Truthsy Terms of Use

Play safe
- You must be 18 or older to use Truthsy.
- Every card is optional. Hard Pass skips any card with no penalty, and dares that involve touching ask the other person first.
- Don't do anything dangerous, illegal or against someone's wishes because a card says so.
- Drinking features are for people of legal drinking age only. Drink responsibly, know your limits, and never drink and drive.
- After Dark and other 18+ content is for adults who have opted in.
Your content
Custom cards, Secret Jar entries and player names are written by players. Don't write anything abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or targeting a real person, and don't harass other players.
Text you write is checked automatically, and anything abusive, explicit, threatening or containing contact details is blocked. In online rooms, the host can remove anyone, and removed players can't rejoin that room. You can block a player so they're turned away from any room you host. Anyone can report a player or a Secret Jar card from inside the game; reported cards are skipped straight away. We review every report and may close rooms or block accounts that break these rules.
Premium
Premium is sold through the App Store and Google Play under their terms. Yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled in your store account. Refunds are handled by the store.

Truthsy is provided as is. You play at your own risk and are responsible for what you choose to do.
